Women Awareness and empowerment Program Workshops had been organized in the financial year to aware and empower the women about women related law issues which may secure their rights and make initiatives to get these rights. Organization also promotes the women participation in community meetings more and more. Girl Education awareness Program Organization drive a campaign to aware the necessity and importance of Girl education and about the promote Government Schemes for bringing drop out girls in the rural areas and also aware about gender issues. The guardians were also aware about the importance of girl education and they were encouraged to send their girls to the school regularly. They also informed about the facilities and schemes providing by the Government for enhancing and promoting the girl education especially in rural areas.
